Promote the location

Whether it's a holiday property or property for sale, promoting the location as well as the property itself it of great importance. When people pick a property to purchase, rent or holiday in, they're almost always picking the location first, followed by the property.

Particularly with holiday properties, the location is often even more important than the accommodation. As an award-winning landscape photographer, I have a vast collection of high-quality photographs of the local area that you can add to your listing to help show it off. 

This can be included in the quote, or photographs can be purchased separately. There are many locations I cover across the South West and if there's anything I don't have, I can offer a quote to capture a few photographs of the local town or village alongside the property photography.
